Innercrowd is a fast-growing startup revolutionising the event industry with our loyalty driven engagement and communications software. Our products and services power high-performing fan campaigns for some of the biggest festivals around the world. With clients like Verknipt, Elevation Events, and REBiRTH, we’re on a mission to expand globally and reshape how events engage with their most passionate communities. We’re now at the point where sales is proven, and ready to scale. To support that next phase, we’re hiring our first Sales Development Representative.
WHY THIS ROLE✨
Innercrowd has seen great traction in local markets and aims to scale across Europe. This role exists to build the foundation for repeatable outbound and inbound sales development, starting in the Netherlands and Belgium and expanding across Europe. As our first SDR, you’ll help define how we generate and qualify opportunities going forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO 🏄
You’ll identify and research companies and decision-makers that fit our ICP
You’ll reach out via email, LinkedIn and light calling to start conversations
You’ll qualify inbound leads from partnerships and early marketing efforts
You’ll book high-quality meetings for a Partnerships Manager
You’ll test messaging across different European markets
You’ll share insights and feedback with founders to improve sales and marketing
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help build structure, not just follow it.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✨
You’ll bring 1–3 years of experience in a B2B SDR / BDR or similar role
You’ll have experience with outbound prospecting
You’ll be comfortable working without fully defined playbooks
You’ll communicate clearly and confidently in English and Dutch
You’ll be based in (or willing to work from) The Hague full-time

You’ll earn a compensation package of €55,000 and €65,000 OTE, depending on experience
You’ll earn variable compensation based on qualified meetings and closed-won deals
You’ll get the opportunity to help shape our sales approach from the start
You’ll work in a small, focused team where your work has direct impact
You’ll have a full-time, in-office role at our The Hague office
You’ll have the opportunity to grow into more senior sales, partnerships or revenue roles as the company scales, depending on performance, skill and appetite.
