Are you passionate about events, marketing and sales? Do you have a commercial, resilient and empathetic mindset?
We’re seeking a resilient an Account Executive to join our ambitious team. This role is pivotal in scaling our presence across the Netherlands and Belgium, with room to test new European markets. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to event organizers, deeply understanding their challenges and tailoring solutions that leverage our platform’s unique value. This role serves as a springboard for career advancement, opening doors to diverse commercial opportunities within Innercrowd.
WHAT YOU’ll DO 🏄
You will identify opportunities by uncovering event organizers’ pain points and positioning Innercrowd as the solution through tailored demos and strategic storytelling.
You will build relationships by nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring high client satisfaction and retention during renewal stages.
You will expand the pipeline by hunting for new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and creative lead generation in the NL/BE markets.
You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.
You will exceed targets by driving revenue growth and consistently surpassing quarterly KPIs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 🪄
You have a passion for events, excited to attend festivals and understand the industry from the inside.
You demonstrate commercial sense by bringing experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech, marketing, or event tech) or other relevant commercial roles such as a Marketing Manager for events.
You are an empathetic communicator who speaks Dutch and English fluently, listens deeply, and articulates value persuasively.
You thrive in a startup environment by excelling in ambiguity, adapting quickly to change, and self-motivating in a fast-paced setting.
You solve problems creatively, overcoming objections like “We like to spend all our money on ads, why work with you?” with data-backed, innovative examples.
